Lathian Health’s Marketing Practices Compliance Program (“MPCP”) was adopted to execute its intention to operate in accordance with applicable codes, statutes, and regulations, including the 2003 OIG Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and the 2002 PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals.
