Our Leadership Team
Quang Pham
Chief Executive Officer
A forerunner in the pharmaceutical ePromotion space, Quang founded Lathian (then known as MyDrugRep.com) in 2000. As Chairman and CEO during Lathian’s early years, he created the vision, built the management team, raised venture capital funding, and signed clients. Additionally, he was CEO of Monarch Healthcare Staffing and Vice President with QTC, the largest private provider of disability examinations. Quang began his business career as a sales representative with Astra Merck and Genentech. After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in Economics, he also served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot.
Jason Winner
Director, Sales and Service
Jason joined the Lathian team in 2007 and brought over a decade of experience in account management, predominantly in pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Since joining Lathian, he has launched multiple eDetails over a range of therapeutic categories. Prior to joining Lathian, Jason was with the IHC group in Lawrenceville, NJ and served Bristol-Myers Squibb. Jason also held an Account Management position at MRM/Gillespie on its Medco Healthcare account. In addition to account management, he worked an Assistant Media Planner position at Young & Rubicam in New York. Jason holds a B.A. in Advertising from Temple University.
Chris Teo
Director, I/T and Web Development
Chris has been with Lathian since 2004 and is responsible for Lathian’s technology infrastructure, Web-based and Microsoft Windows-based programming, and data manipulation/reporting. He is experienced in a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft.NET and Adobe ActionScript. While at Lathian, Chris has assisted in producing most of the company’s product offerings, starting from Virtual Detail®/eDetails, and leading up to our recent Closed-Loop Promotion (CLP). Chris graduated in 2004 from Harding University in Arkansas, with a BA in Computer Science.
Chad Brannon
Creative Lead and Director, Content Development
As a member of the Lathian team since 2004, Chad oversees the content development for all multimedia programs, including Web design and interactive functionalities using Adobe ActionScript. He has been involved in several disciplines of design over the last two decades in both print and Web mediums. Chad’s combined experiences of freelance graphic-design and teaching life-science/ecology led to a position within an e-learning company as Lead Artist. He continued within the e-learning industry as a Technical Lead and Special Project Operations Team Designer/Technician, wherein he developed experimental projects using XML, Unicode, and Flash technologies. Chad holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
